Instructions for preparing and submitting your manuscript to ICEEAI 2026.
The official language is English. The submitted paper should be no less than 5 pages and prepared carefully according to the E3S Web of Conferences Template.
October 30, 2026 — Full papers must be submitted via the ChairConf platform before this date. Late submissions will not be considered.
Submit your paper through the ChairConf platform. All submissions must follow the author guidelines and be within the conference scope.
Submissions outside the three technical tracks defined above will be desk-rejected.
Go to ChairConfPlagiarism, including duplicate publication of the author's own work, in whole or in part without proper citation is not tolerated by the conference. All articles will be checked in a plagiarism tool and that any ethical misconduct will be considered very seriously.
